I Tried Fast Transfer on Pocket Option and My Money Is Missing

On September 31, 2023, at 00:48, I deposited $10 through the “fast transfer” method on the Pocket Option mobile app. I did not receive any error messages during the transaction, but the amount I deposited never appeared in my account. This was my first attempt to deposit money into Pocket Option, and I also wanted to take advantage of the 100 Bonus promotion.

After experiencing this issue, I contacted customer service. They told me that an investigation would be conducted, but I never received any follow-up. I am still waiting for the deposited amount to be credited to my account. I request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible and that the amount I deposited be added to my account.
