Pocket Option Account Blocked for Legal Age Verification Issue

I have a problem with my Pocket Option account, because I can no longer log in. On 7 September my access was blocked and on the screen it says that my account is blocked because I am “not of legal age”. I only want my Pocket Option account to be unblocked. I tried to contact Pocket Option support but I did not receive any clear response. My ID is also not being accepted or sent through the system, so I cannot complete verification and remove this block. I request that my age be properly checked and that my login access be restored so that I can continue to use my Pocket Option account.
