Pocket Option Blocked Account After Profit and Ignored ID Verification
I am writing regarding my Pocket Option account, which was blocked around 2–3 months ago right after I made a profit. At the time my account was blocked, my balance was approximately 34,000 INR. After the blocking, Pocket Option support informed me that I needed to complete ID verification. I sent my ID documents for verification as requested, but since then I have not received any response from them, and my account remains blocked. I still cannot access my funds or use my account. I request that my account be promptly reviewed, my ID verification be completed, and my account unblocked so that I can withdraw or use my 34,000 INR balance without further delay.
