I have a problem with my Pocket Option account related to age and verification and I would like this to be reviewed. My Pocket Option account is blocked due to an underage or age‑related verification issue, even though I am an adult. My user ID on Pocket Option is 123515***. I had submitted my PAN card for verification, and my correct date of birth is 01.01.1979, so I am not underage. Because of this verification decision, my account has been blocked and I cannot use it properly or continue my activities. I believe this block is a mistake caused by an incorrect assessment of my age or my documents. I request that my account verification be retried and that you recheck my PAN details and age information, and also allow me to complete Aadhaar verification if needed. I am asking you to unblock my Pocket Option account and update my age verification correctly so that I can use my account without any restrictions.
