Pocket Option Account Blocked And Refused To Refund My Balance

I am filing this complaint regarding my blocked Pocket Option trading account and my remaining balance that I am unable to withdraw. I am 22 years old and I usually accessed my Pocket Option trading account from Mauritania. My account currently has a remaining balance of 50 USDT, but I can no longer access or withdraw this amount because my account was suddenly . When I try to log in, I receive a message stating that my account has been suspended for violating the general terms and conditions. However, Pocket Option has never explained to me which specific rule I allegedly violated, and I have not been informed of any concrete reason for this block. I contacted Pocket Option support and asked for my 50 USDT balance to be refunded and withdrawn, but so far I have not received any clear explanation or solution. Since my account is restricted, I am requesting that my remaining balance of 50 USDT be returned to me. If possible, I also request that my account be re-opened, as I believe I have not knowingly violated any terms.
