Unable to Log into PlayStation Network After Email Change

I'm having a major problem with my PlayStation Network (PSN) account. It all started when I tried to update the email address associated with my account. After I changed my email, I found myself logged out of my PSN account. Upon attempting to log in with my updated email and password, I was prompted to input a verification code that had been sent to my email. Unfortunately, despite my best efforts and patiently waiting for several days, I have yet to receive any code in my inbox.
I've been grappling with this problem for a few days now, but regrettably, I haven't been able to find a resolution. I'm contacting you to ask for your help in resolving this matter so that I can regain access to my PSN account.
