My Ea PlayStation Membership is Not Visible But My Psnd Membership is

 I decided to get myself a one-year EA Play membership in Nov through PSN. It seemed like a good idea at the time, you know, to have access to all those cool games. But now, I'm dealing with this really annoying problem that's been bugging me,  noticed something a bit strange. Even though I have an active membership on PSN, it doesn't seem to show up when I play EA Games. It's a bit frustrating, to be honest. I was worried about this difference, so I decided to contact EA for help. But, I was disappointed with their response. They said they couldn't help with the issue and recommended reaching out to PSN for a solution. for the past three days, I've been trying to get in touch with PSN to sort things out, but I haven't gotten any help yet. I'm really annoyed by the lack of coordination between EA and PSN. It's causing so much inconvenience, and it's really frustrating that I can't enjoy the benefits of my EA Play membership. feeling overwhelmed because I haven't been able to get the support I need from EA and it's been difficult to reach out to PSN to resolve this issue quickly. As someone who's paying for a service, I just want things to go smoothly and have better communication between these platforms.
