EA Play Won’t Let Me Add FC25 to My Library, Support Is Useless

I subscribed to EA Play, but I can’t add FC25 to my library, which makes no sense at all. I contacted PlayStation support, but they just brushed me off, saying it wasn’t their issue. Then I reached out to EA support, and they marked my case as “resolved” without even responding!

I’ve tried everything—adding the game from my phone, PS console, and PC—but nothing works. How can a paid subscription fail to provide access to a game it’s supposed to include? This is beyond frustrating. EA and PlayStation need to fix this now! If they’re offering a service, they should at least make sure it works properly!
