PlayerUp Middleman Service Took My Account but Never Sent My Payment

I used the middleman service on playerup.com to sell my game account, but the whole process turned into a complete scam and I still have not received any money. On 19.06.2026 I transferred full access to the game account to the buyer. The buyer confirmed that everything was received and that the account was fine, and then all participants simply disappeared. There were no screenshots confirming payment, no change in order status, and the middleman did not take part in any real way. I felt like I was doing all the work for both sides. Since 19.06.2026 I have had no payment, no real support, and zero reaction from the middleman or any other support. When I marked the order as canceled, the private message to the buyer was deleted, and the general support ticket was not closed with any explanation, it was just completely deleted as if it never existed. After I canceled the order, they re-approved it again, and suddenly there was a fast “circus” of high-speed messages between the “buyer” and the middleman within minutes, while the middleman had ignored my requests for five days even though I renewed them every day. I repeated the cancellation again, and instead of resolving the situation they just changed the canceled status and continued this performance. In the end, the order was quickly closed with a payment sent to the middleman balance, not to my balance. Then they immediately started pushing me to choose a payment method, without clearly explaining any fees or commissions. The original price of the account was 85 USD. The buyer pays 87.5 USD (+3%), I as the seller get only 73.95 USD (–13%), which means a 16% difference in total. This important information about real commissions is not clearly described anywhere. In the dropdown menu there are many payout variants, on the fees page there are fewer options and no clear match, and on the confirmation page for payment there is not even a field to enter address and network for crypto payout or to clarify any details. Right now the account has been fully transferred to the buyer, I am supposed to receive 85 USD, there is a big hidden commission gap, and I still cannot actually receive any payment because support does not respond. My support tickets and messages are deleted, my requests are ignored, and I feel completely scammed by this middleman process. I request that playerup.com fully review this transaction, restore transparent information about fees, ensure that my payment is correctly and promptly sent to me without hidden commissions, and explain why my tickets and messages were deleted and why the middleman did not properly manage this transaction.
