If PlantIn charged your card after you already canceled;

• Cancel the subscription directly from the app store (in-app cancellation alone often doesn’t stop billing)
• Take screenshots showing your cancellation date and the post-cancellation charge
Ask them to;
• Explain why billing continued after cancellation
• Reverse the unauthorized charge
• Confirm the subscription is fully canceled and auto-renewal is disabled
If the problem persists;
• Keep cancellation proof, receipts, and screenshots
• File a complaint on Xolvie to seek a refund and prevent further billing
