I bought trees from them and was given the option to purchase a 1-year warranty, which I declined. When the trees died shortly after planting, I sent photos and explained the situation. They blamed me, saying the trees were planted improperly, even though I followed their instructions. They offered a 50% discount on replacements, which is insulting given the poor quality of their products. It's unfair that customers who decline the warranty are treated this way. Trees and plants are perishable, and many factors can affect their survival, but this company uses that as an excuse to avoid accountability.
