Struggling Green Bushes From PlantingTree Online Garden Center

The little green bushes I bought aren't doing well, no idea what happened as they were in great condition when they came like two weeks ago, contacted the store where I got them and sent pictures, hoping they'd help. first, they said there's no guarantee on the plants, even though lots of places give a one-year warranty. Then, they blamed me for planting them wrong, even though I followed their instructions exactly! checked their website and saw they supposedly offer a warranty for these bushes, but they never gave me the chance to get one. All I got was accusations, they kept saying I planted them wrong…They offered me a discount if I bought more bushes, but the "discount" price was actually higher than what I could find for new bushes online. I even showed them screenshots!
