Ordered some floral flair to my patio with a set of six beautiful rose bushes online, dreaming of vibrant blooms and a fragrant summer. barely a week after planting, according to their detailed instructions mind you, half the roses started looking sickly and droopy. By the end of the month, they were sadly kaput. As you’d all do, reached out to their customer service. Sent them clear photos, the whole nine yards. what I got back was a bunch of excuses instead of solutions! they tried telling me the roses weren't guaranteed, which totally contradicted what they told me. then, they shifted gears and blamed me for planting them wrong, even though I followed their instructions to a T! when a product doesn't live up to expectations, a good company steps up. Not come up with excuses.
