PK XD In-Game Purchase Charged but Not Delivered – Fix This

Hello, on February 12, 2025, at 11:05 PM, I made an in-game purchase on PK XD, but although the money was deducted from my account, I never received the purchased item.

I have waited, restarted the game, and checked my transaction history, but the purchase still hasn’t been delivered. I contacted support, but I haven’t received a solution yet.

My PK XD character name is zeynospkxd #550751. I request immediate action to either deliver my purchased item or issue a refund. This is extremely frustrating, and I expect PK XD to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Fix this now!
