About 10 minutes ago, I made an in-game purchase for $2 in PK XD using my credit card. Even though the payment was successfully charged to my card, the items I purchased were not added to my account.
I completed the transaction through my account with the username mertdemır and ID 336. Since the payment was taken but the items were not delivered, I am requesting either a refund or that the purchased items be added to my account in full.
I would like this issue to be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
