I have been playing PKXD on my iPad, and for the past month, I have been facing a recurring problem where I constantly receive the error “Network connection lost” during gameplay, causing my session to drop. This happens only in PKXD—my internet connection is perfectly stable, and I do not experience this issue in any other online game or app. My in-game username is semayxd #598.
In July, I experienced another issue where my pets disappeared, though they were later restored. Over this time, I have spent around ₺1800 on in-game purchases, including various items and upgrades. Now, my main request is to have the ongoing disconnection problem resolved so I can play without interruptions.
Additionally, I kindly ask that Pamps and a mount bot be added to my account, as these are very important to me and have been my long-time in-game goal. I expect PKXD support to address this matter promptly and provide a clear update on both the connection issue and my request.
