I Report Creator Application Error On PK Xd Blocking My Google Account

On July 2025, I attempted to apply for the Creator program on PK Xd (playpkxd.com) using my Google account, which I have been actively using for over a year. My main problem is that when I try to submit my Creator application, the system says that my Google account does not exist. However, outside of the Creator application page, my Gmail account works perfectly fine with all PK Xd services and other Google-based platforms.

I tried several solutions over the past week, including clearing the cache, reinstalling the app, using different devices, and even creating a new Gmail account just for the Creator application. Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the issue. The same error message keeps appearing, preventing me from joining the Creator program.

This technical problem is extremely frustrating and demotivating. I have invested significant time building my PK Xd profile, and now I feel unfairly excluded from opportunities within the game community. I kindly request that your technical team investigate this Google account verification issue and restore my ability to apply as a Creator.
