On Friday, August 1, I attempted to apply for the Creator Program within the PK XD app, but the screen showed a message that simply said, “Submissions are currently closed.” There was no explanation, no error code, and no indication of when applications might reopen. It was frustrating to hit a dead end without any clarity or next steps.
I haven’t contacted support about this before, but I’m now reaching out publicly because the app provides no in-app update or official announcement regarding the status of the Creator Program or when new applications will be accepted. For users who are genuinely interested in participating and contributing, this lack of communication is incredibly discouraging.
I’m asking the PK XD team to clearly announce when Creator Program applications will reopen, or at least provide a rough timeline or notification system so users don’t keep checking in vain. Please provide more transparency and timely updates.
