I downloaded the PicsArt Pro app from the App Store for a free trial. However, before the trial period ended and without using the app at all, $12 was charged from my account. The subscription started automatically, and the expiration date is listed as July 1, 2026.
I have never used the app or its paid features, and when I contacted App Store customer support, I was told that the charge could not be refunded. I have both the payment receipt and the subscription confirmation email as proof of this transaction.
I request that the fee be refunded, as it was charged for a service I did not use and before the free trial period ended.
