PIA won’t connect to some streaming services, how can I access Netflix?

If PIA won’t connect to Netflix or other streaming platforms, switch to a different U.S. server location inside the PIA app and use the Streaming-optimized servers, since some IP ranges are blocked while others still work.

Clear your browser cache and cookies or try Incognito mode so Netflix doesn’t reuse stored location data from previous sessions.

If it still fails, change your VPN protocol to WireGuard, disable split tunneling, and turn off Smart DNS conflicts before reconnecting.

Keep in mind that streaming platforms actively block VPN IPs, so access isn’t guaranteed and may require testing multiple servers.
