I have been mining Pi for years, and I have recently started to feel serious concern about the fate of the Pi balance I accumulated through long-term effort. Since May 2024, Step 9 of the KYC process in my Pi Network account has continuously appeared orange and has never turned green. Because of this, my Pi coins have not been transferred to my wallet.
I have tried every option available within the Pi app and through the support channels I could reach. I have waited repeatedly and checked back many times, but I have not received any clear response regarding the process. I am very worried that years of mining effort may go to waste, and this uncertainty is deeply unsettling.
I request that Step 9 in my Pi account registered under n************@gmail.com** be approved as soon as possible and that my Pi balance be transferred to my wallet. I also ask for a clear and transparent explanation as to why this process has taken so long.
