Pi Network KYC Verification Blocked for 3 Months on iPhone Despite Updates
I have been unable to complete the KYC verification process on the Pi Network app for the past three months, even though I am using the latest version on my iPhone. Each time I try to access the KYC page, I receive the error message: “The current participation limit has been reached, please try again later.” I cannot even begin the verification steps.
I updated the app and attempted the process multiple times, but the same issue occurs every time. Meanwhile, my account has accumulated around 130,000 Pi coins, and I am deeply concerned about losing access to them if this issue is not resolved.
I have not been able to reach the support team, nor have I received any response to my concerns. I am requesting that Pi Network assist me with completing the KYC verification, or at the very least provide clear information on when and how my verification will be processed. If there is a waiting list, I expect to be properly queued and notified.
My patience is running out—this issue must be fixed immediately so I can secure my accumulated balance without further delays.
