On January 1, 2026, at approximately 1:44 a.m., 1,544 Pi that were locked in my Pi Network account were transferred to another account within seconds, without my knowledge or consent. The current value of these Pi coins is approximately $360 USD, which represents a serious financial loss for me.

The fact that my Pi coins were transferred out of my account despite being locked raises major concerns both in terms of security and the system’s operation. Even though there was no suspicious login, no access from another device, and no action taken by me, this transfer still occurred, which is completely unacceptable.

After the incident, I was unable to find any customer service channel or support line within Pi Network that I could contact, leaving me with no point of contact. The email address registered to my account is a**********@gmail.com**, and the transaction was carried out through this account.

My request to Pi Network is that the 1,544 Pi transferred from my account without authorization be identified and fully returned to me, and that a detailed security investigation be conducted regarding this incident, with a written explanation provided to me.
