I Lost Money on Parimatch After PhonePe UPI Deposit Issue
I deposited 2,000 rupees from my PhonePe UPI to the Pari Match betting app on 26 March. After the deposit, they declined my transaction and told me that my funds were safe and I needed to provide full document proof. I submitted the documents they requested, and they told me my funds would be safe for 16 days. Later, on 2 April, they told me they now needed a screenshot showing the full UPI ID. I clearly explained that I had already given them my bank statement where everything is visible, including their UPI ID and all necessary details. Despite this, they refused to accept the bank statement and kept insisting only on a screenshot with full UPI ID. I informed them that the UTR and TRN numbers are valid proof and that they can verify the transaction directly on the bank statement, but they still said “no, sorry, we can’t help you.” I have contacted Pari Match customer support many times, roughly 150 times, and although they keep replying, their tone and responses have changed compared to before and they still do not resolve the issue or release my money. Because of this behaviour and the way they are handling customers’ deposits, I strongly feel they are scamming people. I request that my 2,000 rupees be refunded to my original PhonePe UPI source, and I also request that necessary action be taken so that this Pari Match betting app is removed or banned from Google Play so that other users are not cheated in the same way.
