Fun88 Deposit Not Credited After PhonePe Payment

I am a Fun88 user with the username “vinay52525.” On April 10, I deposited ₹1,500 into my Fun88 account via PhonePe. The amount was successfully deducted from my PhonePe account, but it has still not been credited to my Fun88 balance.

Since the deposit did not appear in my account, I have contacted Fun88 customer support 20 times through their available channels. Each time, I was told that no such transaction exists under my username or that any issue had already been resolved. However, in reality, my ₹1,500 is still missing, and my balance has not been updated.

These repeated responses without any actual solution have caused me unnecessary stress and wasted a significant amount of my time. I have full payment proof and transaction details from PhonePe and am ready to provide them whenever required.

I request that my ₹1,500 deposit made on April 10 via PhonePe be properly investigated and immediately credited to my Fun88 account associated with the username “vinay52525.” I expect a prompt resolution and for my balance to be updated correctly without further delay.
