PhonePe Payment Successful but Goa Game Balance Not Updated
I am writing to report an issue with a failed deposit in the Goa Game app.
On March 21, 2026, at around 7:47 PM, I deposited ₹500 into my Goan Game account using PhonePe, but the amount has still not been credited to my account balance.
The payment was successfully completed through PhonePe, and I have the transaction details as follows:
UTR Number: 596874943638
Transaction ID: T2603211947554071985936
Despite this, my Goan Game balance has not been updated. I attempted to contact Goan Game support, but my request was rejected, and I did not receive any proper response or solution.
I request that the ₹500 be refunded to my PhonePe account as soon as possible and that this issue be investigated to prevent similar problems in the future.
