Philips Sisli Authorised Service Lies

My Philips All-in-One Cooker steam cooker, which I bought from MediaMarkt on August 30, 2023, broke down on March 3, 2024. Since I purchased it from MediaMarkt, I took it directly to the store, and they managed the service process. I am glad I followed this route. The product reached the service center on March 5, and I could not retrieve it until April 14. The tracking link was closed on the day the legal period expired. I had at least 7 phone conversations with the direct service until that day, and they informed me that this product had been waiting for parts for another customer for a long time. But for some reason, on the day the legal period expired, I learned that my product was repaired by calling the service again, and my product did not come to me or MediaMarkt for exactly 1 week from the day it was said to be repaired. When we asked, they kept stalling me and MediaMarkt employees with lies, saying it will come out today, it will come out tomorrow, we shipped AA, but it went to the wrong place and came back to us. Although I talked to the service representative by name many times, I was confronted with another lie, like I never talked to you in my last conversation. The representative at MediaMarkt Capacity was shocked because he witnessed these lies and took the initiative to replace the product with a new one directly on April 14 because my legal waiting period had already expired and resolved my grievance. But if I had given it directly to the Şişli Authorized Service, I think I would still be chasing after the product. Why lie in such a big brand? If it is done, send my product, and if not, put the legal process into action. If you don't have a part in the service, you don't have it, and you can't do it, what do you need a lie for? Never and never, even if the place you will give is an authorized service, if you have the opportunity, carry out the service process through the place where you bought your product... Unfortunately, this is the negative value that the services add to the brand. Philips, a world giant, please inspect your authorized services...
