Philips 8000 Aqua Plus Mop Head is Defective

I just bought a Philips Aqua Plus cordless vacuum about a month ago and have been using it ever since. But I am not happy with the way it works. When I'm using the mop, the attachment keeps falling off, and the mop cloth leaves dust on the floor instead of picking it up. According to the company's rules, I have 60 days to return the product if I'm not happy with it. But I have been trying to call the seller, Kayra Group, for the past three days and no one answers. I want to return the item as soon as possible, and if the seller doesn't respond, I'll have to go to court. It looks like I shouldn't buy anything from Philips again.
