Philips 49PUK7100/12 Smart TV Apps Not Working, No Updates

I own a Philips 49Puk7100/12 television that I use in Serbia and for the last two years I have not received any software updates for it. In addition, for about one year none of the applications on the TV have been working at all. Because of the lack of updates and non‑functional apps, the smart functions of the TV are practically unusable. I find this very disappointing for a product of this class and brand. I kindly ask Philips to provide a new software version that restores full functionality of the TV, or to repair the device so that all applications work properly again.
