Philips XW9463 Vacuum E5 Error - Battery Drains Fast
I purchased a Philips XW9463/11 cordless wet & dry vacuum cleaner on 22.08.2025 from Vatan Computer in Tekira AVM, in Tekirdağ, Turkey. Although the product is not even one year old yet, for the last 3–4 months I have been experiencing serious problems with it. The charge runs out very quickly and the device frequently gives an E5 error, which prevents me from using it efficiently. Because I do not believe I will get a result, I have not yet contacted either Vatan Computer or Philips technical service. However, I am very dissatisfied that a product that is still this new is causing such problems. Since the vacuum cleaner is still within its first year, I request that my product be replaced with a new one under warranty. I kindly ask you to evaluate my complaint and to process my product change as soon as possible.
