Philips XC8057 Stick Vacuum Attachments Keep Loosening

I purchased the Philips XC8057/01 stick vacuum cleaner from Vatan Bilgisayar in April 2025. Since the very first day of use, I’ve been experiencing looseness where the attachments connect and a noticeable decrease in suction power. Each time I remove and reattach the heads, the clips become looser, and over time, the attachments no longer stay securely in place. This makes it extremely difficult to use, especially when I have to switch between different heads while cleaning the sofa or floors.

Additionally, while attaching the charging part, a piece came off in my hand — the material quality seems very fragile and prone to breaking.

Due to these issues, I sent the product for repair under the insurance coverage. Although the part was repaired and returned to me, the repair process took a long time, and the same problem occurred again shortly afterward. Currently, I am once again unable to use the vacuum efficiently because the attachment joints have loosened.

The product is still under both warranty and insurance, but because this appears to be a chronic issue, I am very dissatisfied with the product. If I had the option, I would return it for a refund.

I kindly request that this problem be permanently resolved — through either a product replacement or another effective solution. I would appreciate prompt assistance with this matter.
