Philips PowerCyclone 12 Vacuum Has Weak Suction from Day One

I purchased a Philips 8000 Series PowerCyclone 12 vacuum cleaner in April 2024, and I’ve been dissatisfied with it since the very first day. The suction power has always been weak, and the detachable parts do not fit securely into place — they feel loose and unstable during use.

I contacted Philips service under the warranty and had a part replaced, but nothing changed; the problem persists exactly as before. Every time I use the vacuum, I encounter the same issue, and I’m extremely disappointed with the product’s performance.

I am requesting that the product be replaced with a new one or that I receive a full refund.
