Philips Vacuum Part Failed Despite Normal Household Use
I purchased a Philips 8000 Series cordless stick vacuum cleaner through Hepsiburada. About six months after the purchase, I noticed that a crack had formed at the joint of the telescopic tube. Even though I have used the vacuum carefully and only under normal household conditions, the fact that this part cracked in such a short time was very disappointing.
While the product is still under warranty, I have not yet submitted any request to either Philips or Hepsiburada. I am requesting that this issue be evaluated under warranty, and that either the product be refunded or the telescopic tube be replaced free of charge.
I kindly ask that I be contacted as soon as possible regarding this issue and that my problem be resolved without further delay.
