I've been using Parliament Night Blue Pack for about 15 years, but the pack I bought this month is completely different from what I've been used to. The quality has drastically decreased. The taste is flat and lacks the satisfying richness I used to get. It feels like you've reduced the tobacco quantity and lowered the tobacco quality. Right now, Parliament's quality is worse than many other brands on the market. After all these years, it's disappointing to consider switching to another brand, but you’ve left me with no other choice. Please address this issue and restore the quality to what it once was!
I recently reported my grievance about the Parliament Night Blue Pack. The company contacted me repeatedly and sent a courier with a pack of the cigarette I complained about (as if the cigarette they gave was good) and immediately sent messages like 'How was your complaint resolved?' My complaint has not been resolved. There is an incredible decline in your tobacco quality. Are you aware of this decline in quality? My complaint has not been resolved!
