Phemex Global Ignores Asset Transfer for Closed Account

About a month ago, my Phemex Global account was closed. I initiated the necessary procedures to transfer the assets in my account to my Phemex TR account. However, despite a month passing, my assets have not yet been transferred to my TR account. Issues: I have not received any communication or emails from Phemex regarding this matter. When I contacted live support, I received automated responses, and after a while, the connection was closed with the message, "We do not have the authority to provide information on this matter." Despite my urgent request for the transfer of my assets to my TR account, no action has been taken. Requests: I demand that Phemex Global officials contact me as soon as possible and take the necessary steps to transfer the assets from my closed account to my TR account. I request an explanation for the delay in asset transfer and compensation for any losses incurred due to this delay. I demand that Phemex resolve this issue promptly and keep me informed. I reserve the right to escalate this complaint to the Consumer Rights Court and other relevant authorities.
