Phemex Withdrawals Suspended: My Funds Seized!

My withdrawals have been immediately halted, and Phemex has taken full control of my whole balance. In response to my inquiry, the customer support department asked me to provide them with a number of documents. I swiftly emailed all of the required documentation to the appropriate parties. Although I was told that I would receive a response within twenty-four hours, it has been more than twenty-four hours and I have not received a response. Obviously, I am still unable to withdraw my monies from the account. I must have an answer as soon as possible. On five separate occasions, I have even attempted to contact live assistance; yet, nothing has changed.
