My Phemex Account Locked After Withdrawal Request - Requesting Unlock

I’ve been using Phemex for the past two weeks with my own verified identity and have enjoyed the experience. However, recently, when I attempted to withdraw earnings from an event, I received a notification that my account has been locked. I haven’t done anything wrong, and I’m unsure why this has happened. I kindly request that my account be unlocked immediately, as I want to continue using Phemex without any issues.
