Peugeot Delayed Car Delivery and Lack of Compensation
I bought a car in March, it's already August, several months have gone by, the car I bought in March still hasn't been delivered. I received a bill in June saying that money issues over, transaction happened, even though I haven't received the vehicle yet. they didn't give us another car while we waited for a long time. So, it seems like the company thought it was okay to not give us the car we paid for because they gave us a bill instead. They not only didn't deliver the car on time, but they also didn't do anything to fix the problem or make up for the trouble they caused. It's not okay for a company to not keep its promises and ignore customer problems without fixing them quickly and well. If you don't want to feel sorry later, I really suggest not picking this brand.
