Peugeot Delayed My 3008 12 Hybrid Allure Delivery Despite Full Payment

I purchased a Peugeot 3008 1.2 Hybrid Allure package on 26/03/2025, anticipating that the vehicle would be delivered soon after. It's now been three days, and I'm still waiting. The dealership informed me that they are experiencing invoicing issues stemming from a problem at the head office. Although they recognized the problem, there have been no definitive actions to expedite the process or offer a transparent timeline. At the moment, I don't have another vehicle, so each day of delay makes it challenging for me to manage my work and daily responsibilities. I was surprised by the poor coordination for a fully paid vehicle. I truly wish they act swiftly to resolve this, as it has been quite a stressful experience up to this point.
