I purchased a new 508 two months ago, and it was delivered two weeks ago. I have a problem with my new 508, and Peugeot Turkey does not care about these problems. I will explain them separately. Visiopark 2 with 4 cameras: In the technical brochure of the 508, it is written that the 508 has a Visiopark 2 system with 4 cameras. You can see screenshots of the Technical brochure (Turkish) attached. I have used this system in my previous car, the Peugeot 408 GT. This system consists of 4 cameras: front, rear, and 2 side cameras under the left and right mirrors. However, in my new 508, there are only two cameras in front and in the rear. Firstly, I have talked to the Peugeot dealer from which I bought the car. They confirmed that it is a technical problem, and it should have 4 cameras. We applied personally to Peugeot Turkey. Their answer was weird: they said that none of the Peugeot models has 4 cameras. Peugeot Turkey claims that the maximum number of cameras in Peugeot cars is 2. However, the 408 and 308 models have 4 cameras. In 508 technical brochures, it also says that there must be 4 cameras. Then they closed the case. It is unbelievable. Massage option in front seats: In the 508 technical brochure, it is written that electrically controlled seats with massage are not standard but an option. The sales representative declared that there is no electrical control but there is massage in the new Peugeot 508 during the purchase period until the delivery of the car. When I received the car, I saw that there was no massage and went back to the Peugeot dealer. All the sales representatives looked for a massage in my car for 30 minutes since they thought there was a massage in its seats. Finally, they understood that it was their mistake, and there was no message in it. I have reacted to Peugeot Turkey about it. They have talked to the Peugeot dealer where I bought my car. Sales representatives denied all conversations. Peugeot Turkey offered me periodic maintenance for customer satisfaction. I said; thank you, but I have already bought a periodical maintenance pack for 2 years. Then they said, "ooo ok. So there is nothing to do. Goodbye..."

Why am I writing these to you?

• Peugeot Turkey doesn't know the technical specs of Peugeot cars; they can say that none of the Peugeot cars have 4 cameras in the Visiopark 2 system.
• They make mistakes preparing technical brochures (it is written 4 cameras in 508 but not in reality).
• The dealer sells the cars with a massage option, although there is no massage in the cars.
