Peugeot 408 Missing Floor Mats

I bought a Peugeot 408, and when I got it in April, there were no floor mats. The dealership told me that they would call me as soon as they got them. But the dealership's lack of interest was clear from the start. Even though I've told Peugeot Turkey about this problem six or seven times, I still don't have floor mats for my car. The way we've dealt with customers has been very disappointing. I'm telling you about this to find people who have had similar problems and may have advice or solutions. It's annoying that something as simple as missing floor mats can cause so much trouble. If anyone has solved a similar problem or has ideas about how to deal with this, please let us know.
