Peugeot Spare Parts for AC Taking Forever to Arrive

On May 29, 2023, I went to Peugeot Nazer Otomotive because my car's air conditioning wasn't working. They told me that some parts needed to be replaced and that one part would be coming from abroad. They said it would arrive on July 28 after 3 weeks. But guess what? There was no update after that, and today they told me that the part still hasn't arrived. Can you believe it? It's been 2 months in the hottest summer, and they still haven't fixed my AC, leaving me feeling incredibly frustrated and victimized.
