Peugeot Rifter GT Automatic Park Brake Fault Not Fixed And Replacement Denied

I would like to report the ongoing automatic park brake malfunction and the grievance I have experienced with my 2025 model Peugeot Rifter GT. I received my vehicle on 10.09.2025 and approximately 10 days later, on 24.09.2025, the warning “Automatic Parking Brake Malfunction” started to appear on the screen. In addition, the vehicle occasionally did not start at all, the lights were flashing and the car became completely unusable. Due to this problem, I delivered my vehicle to the authorized Peugeot service. Although the vehicle stayed in the service for a total of 45 days, no definitive solution was provided for the malfunction. During this period, I was given a temporary replacement vehicle, but later they wanted to take this vehicle back. Moreover, when my own vehicle was delivered to me, I was told that the problem had been resolved, however it became clear that the fault was still continuing in the same way. I was informed that the automatic park brake “mode was cancelled”, but this is not an acceptable solution. The park brake fault warning still appears on the screen, the vehicle occasionally does not start again and the same problem persists. Instead of cancelling the original functions of the vehicle, the technical fault should be resolved in a way that restores the vehicle to its intended safe condition. Despite all my attempts, my request for a vehicle replacement is not being met and a clear, permanent solution has not been provided. For all these reasons, I request that my faulty Peugeot Rifter GT, which has a persistent automatic park brake malfunction and has remained in service for a long period, be replaced with a new, fault-free vehicle and that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
