Peugeot Made Me Overpay for My New 3008 Due to Delayed Delivery
We have bought a new Peugeot 3008 from a retail in Ankara, Türkiye. I paid money in January without getting the new car. Because of the transportation, I could take my car on February 7. While I have been waiting for the delivery, the car prices had lost dramatically. If your retail had told me about the new prices, I would have repositioned my payment. It feels unfair that I was not informed while others benefited from the price drop. Eventually, I have paid ₺100,000 more than anyone who bought a new car in February, which is the same month as my delivery. I have called the customer care service of Peugeot Türkiye, but this service didn't help me and closed the file.
