Peugeot Dealer Damaged New Car, Poor Customer Service

On March 6, 2024, I purchased a new car from Peugeot Kadıköy Deniz. When I went to pick up the car, I noticed that there was a paint chip on the front bumper. I told the salesperson that I was not happy with the condition of the car and that I did not want to accept it. The salesperson said that they could touch up the paint chip, but I refused. I told the salesperson that I wanted a new car without any damage. The salesperson said that they could not do that and that I would have to take the car with the paint chip.
I was very disappointed with the customer service I received at Peugeot Kadıköy Deniz. I spent a lot of money on a new car and I expected it to be in perfect condition. I am requesting that Peugeot Kadıköy Deniz replace the car with one that does not have any damage.
