Peugeot 3008 Repeated AdBlue Failure, Oil Leak And Early Axle Problem

I own a 2019 Peugeot 3008, currently with 130,000 km on the odometer. My car has been regularly serviced at authorized Peugeot service centers, with maintenance carried out approximately every 7 months. At around 110,000 km, the authorized service informed me that there was an oil leak from the upper engine cover and that the AdBlue system needed to be replaced. I requested that the repair be considered under goodwill warranty, since the car has always been serviced on schedule. However, Peugeot’s customer representative informed me that because a few services were delayed by about 2,000 km, they would not consider goodwill assistance. Later, after consulting independent mechanics, I learned that an oil leak from the upper engine cover is not normal for a car with this mileage. Around 120,000 km, I also experienced axle issues, which multiple mechanics described as unusually early failures. Most recently, the AdBlue warning reappeared. After researching online, I found that AdBlue system failures are a well-known and widespread issue in Peugeot 3008 models, often described as a chronic design problem. Many owners in Europe report that Peugeot has covered these repairs completely under goodwill or warranty, recognizing the issue as a common defect. Despite my vehicle being well-maintained, it is frustrating to experience such significant and repeated issues at relatively low mileage. I strongly believe that these failures are not due to normal wear and tear and should be handled as a manufacturer responsibility. I kindly ask Peugeot to review this case under goodwill policy and cover the repair costs related to the AdBlue system, oil leak, and axle failure. As a loyal customer who trusted the Peugeot brand, I expect a fair and customer-oriented resolution. I hope Peugeot will stand behind its product and address this issue properly.
