Pers Investment Please Review The Withdrawn Amount And Inform Me
I started investing on June 9, 2024, with Mr. Ro***d as my investment advisor. I invested $240,000 USD with the firm. During our discussions, Mr. Ro***d informed me that I would receive a 5% bonus on top of this balance, and that I could withdraw a $12,000 bonus after completing the requirement of 3 lots each. I participated in this campaign and fulfilled all the conditions as instructed. However, when I withdrew my account balance, I received $414,000 USD instead of the expected $426,000 USD. The 5% bonus amount, which was promised to me, was not included. I would like to understand why I was not informed about this discrepancy and why the full bonus amount was not credited to my account despite fulfilling all the terms and conditions. I request clarification and resolution on this matter as soon as possible.
I have been in contact with Ms. Harriet from the support team for some time. My issue regarding the matter has been resolved, and the $12,000 USD bonus difference has been credited to my account. Although this process has led to a loss of trust on my part, I may consider working with them again in the future.
