Unfair Fee Practices and Inconsistent Policies by Pegasus Airlines
At Sabiha Gökçen Airport, on Wednesday evening, December 13, 2023, at 21:25 on the Kuwait flight with code PC858, I was asked to pay a fee of 30 dollars to enter the plane, even though I had my backpack and cabin size luggage. I think the price policy varies from person to person. Even though we had the same size bag and suitcase, a Kuwaiti citizen was asked for 40 euros. Additionally, another person who passed with a backpack and cabin baggage in front of everyone was not asked for a fee. The tone and behavior of the lady working at the door was extremely wrong. I leave it to the discretion of the people who read this comment and his superiors that he made uncivil statements such as "Just so you know, you won't be able to board the plane" and "I'm doing the right thing, it doesn't concern me if other Pegasus employees made mistakes" and that he sees himself as a captain pilot - despite working in ground services. By the way, I opened it without being lazy and looked at it. I have flown with Pegasus 10 times in the last year since November 2022 and I fly between Turkey and Kuwait every 2 months. I have never encountered such treatment at the plane gate before. They act with a completely arbitrary understanding and officially say not to choose us.
