On July 12, 2024, during my Moldova-Izmir flight (with a connection in Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen), the liquor in my checked baggage was broken, causing significant damage to all of my belongings. I immediately reported the incident to the relevant authorities and filed a complaint. However, I have yet to receive a satisfactory explanation or resolution from Pegasus. I demand that Pegasus fully compensate me for the damages caused by their negligence.
