I purchased a Pegasus flight ticket for August 5th, Monday, from 20:30 to 22:35 for the Mardin-Sabiha Gokcen route. To accommodate potential changes in my plans, I also bought a package called Pegasus Flex, which promised unlimited changes and cancellations by paying the fare difference at any time. However, after purchasing the ticket, customer service informed me that there are no free cancellation and refund rights with Pegasus. I feel misled due to incomplete information and request that my grievance be addressed.
